What to Expect:

In this ceremony we will:

-commune with the medicine of cacao

-connect to our heart center

-set intentions and goals

-do a light yoga practice

Cacao is 100% pure chocolate without any sugar or additives. A popular plant medicine, It is historically esteemed “as medicine of the G-ds” by the Meso and South American cultures.

Cacao allows our hearts to open on a deeper conscious and subconscious level.

This process enables us to access a higher level of self awareness; assisting us to create change, a stronger trust, deeper surrender, and a greater connection to our heart.

Cacao helps us release negative patterns, fears, and addictions.

We will delight in the energy of the sunrise, sand, and ocean.

You will experience:

-cacao medicine

-meditation

-a light yoga practice

Before Ceremony

What to wear:

-comfortable clothing/yoga wear

What to bring:

-2 large towels or 2 large blankets

-water

-journal and pen

-optional (crystals, flowers, Sun hat)

What to do before ceremony:

-do not eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before

-a light meal/snack 1-2 hours before is fine

-do not drink alcohol/coffee or stimulants

-drink water before and after

-come with an open heart 💜

We will begin promptly, so please arrive on time!

Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person for the same ceremony.
