We gather together as a collective during the full moon or new moon each month. We will do a one hour yoga practice of our signature Goddess Flow sequence, discuss ways we can tap into our divine feminine essence, and gather in community.
Join us for an invigorating yoga practice as we harness the energy of the new/full moon. We help to ignite the passion of the feminine goddess within ourselves through the practice of yoga and breath exercises. We will honor Mother Earth by being in nature and flowing with the energies of the sun, moon, wind, and ocean.

Our Mission
Yoga@HeartLLC has a mission to provide upliftment to the community by offering yoga and meditation services.
We also provide funding and resources to deserving children, teachers, and schools.
Founder of Yoga@Heart:
Bernice is a E-RYT 200hour/500 hour Registered Yoga Alliance teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga basics, Children’s Yoga, Standup Paddle board Yoga, and Mat Pilates. She began teaching yoga in 2015.
She was introduced to yoga at the age of five. She deepened her yoga practice by completing a Holistic Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Alliance 200 HR yoga teacher training with MyBodYoga in Woodbridge, Virginia in 2015, a second 200 HR Yoga Alliance yoga teacher training with Atmananda Miami Beach in 2017, a 300 HR holistic yoga teacher training in 2019 in Rishikiesh, India at Vedansha International Yoga Academy covering traditional Hatha yoga and Ashtanga basics, Children’s Yoga Teacher Training with Little Lotus Rise in 2021, is a WPA Instructor (World Paddle Association) and SUP Yoga Instructor (Standup Paddle board) with Turquoise Floating Yoga in 2024.
Bernice is also trained in Sound Bowl healing, is a certified Cacao Facilitator and a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing or Reiki Healing.
Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that channels the “Universal Life Force Energy”.
