Our Mission
Yoga@HeartLLC has a mission to provide yoga and meditation services to the community.
We also provide funding and resources to deserving children, teachers, and schools.
Bernice is a 500 hour Registered yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga basics, she began teaching in 2015.
Bernice was introduced to yoga at the age of five. She participated in Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Gymnastics, Yoga, Aerobics, and Cheerleading throughout her life.
She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Chair Yoga, Children’s Yoga, traditional Hatha, Ashtanga basics, pranayama/breathing exercises, meditation, and Reiki.
She deepened her yoga practice by completing a Holistic Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Alliance 200 HR yoga teacher training with MyBodYoga in Woodbridge, Virginia in 2015. She has also completed a second 200 HR Yoga Alliance yoga teacher training with Atmananda Miami Beach in 2017. Bernice completed a 300 HR holistic yoga teacher training in 2019 in Rishikiesh, India at Vedansha International Yoga Academy covering traditional Hatha yoga and Ashtanga. Most recently, she received a Children‘s Yoga Teacher certification in 2021.
Bernice is trained in Vedic Thai Yoga Body work , Angel Healing, Sound Bowl healing, a Cacao Facilitator and is a Reiki Master/Teacher in the tradition of Usui Shiki Ryoho, the Usui System of Natural Healing or Reiki Healing. Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that channels the “Universal Life Force Energy”.
She has tuned into her gifts and continues to provide service and help to others.
