This cacao ceremony will be a beautiful experience of connection, gratitude, and intention setting.
Let’s come together in community to sip on this heart-opening elixir and set our intentions for the day ahead.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to start your day with mindfulness and positive energy. We look forward to sharing this special experience with you.
We have a very intimate circle, there is a limited number of attendees. Please reserve your seat asap. I need to prepare the cacao and make enough for everyone.
Cacao is chocolate in its purest form. It contains several nutrients, historically known as “the food of the gods”. This plant medicine allows us to open our hearts more deeply. Cacao helps us release negative patterns and fears.
We will delight in the energy of the sunrise, sand, and ocean.
You will experience:
-cacao medicine
-meditation
-a light yoga practice
What to wear:
-comfortable clothing/yoga wear
What to bring:
-2 large towels or 2 large blankets
-water
-journal and pen
-optional (crystals, flowers, Sun hat)
What to do before ceremony:
-do not eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before
-a light meal/snack 1-2 hours before is fine
-do not drink alcohol/coffee or stimulants
-drink water before and after
-come with an open heart 💜

We gather together as a collective during the full moon or new moon each month. We will do a one hour yoga practice of our signature Goddess Flow sequence, discuss ways we can tap into our divine feminine essence, and gather in community.
Join us for an invigorating yoga practice as we harness the energy of the new/full moon. We help to ignite the passion of the feminine goddess within ourselves through the practice of yoga and breath exercises. We will honor Mother Earth by being in nature and flowing with the energies of the sun, moon, wind, and ocean.

This 2 hour on-line yoga teacher training will be based on igniting the goddess within you! You will learn the “Goddess Flow Sequence” a set Hatha yoga practice. Students will work on embodying the goddess within through various feminine wisdom practices. 1 hour yoga postures and 1 hour philosophy.
